CARLOS BODDEN, ESQ.
Carlos Bodden is a diligent and zealous attorney who earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University in 1993, and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 1996.
Attorney Bodden has been admitted to practice in Florida, as a member of the Florida Bar since 1996. Attorney Bodden is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, and the United States District Court, Middle District Court of Florida.
Attorney Bodden’s areas of specialty include personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Attorney Bodden is a member of The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Caribbean Bar Association. Mr. Bodden has had over 40 civil jury trials. Throughout his career, Mr. Bodden has obtained jury verdicts totaling in excess of $10M and settlements totaling in excess of $20M.
Attorney Bodden is the former Chairman of the Board for the Jamaicans of the Palm Beaches, a not for profit organization dedicated to providing employment opportunities, education, and health assistance to impoverished citizens in the community. Attorney Bodden’s community activities also included his tenure as a board member of the Palm Beach County Foster Care Citizen Review Board.
